I’ve had State Farm at this location for the past 3 years. Extremely helpful, and did all they could to keep my rates low. Nicole has been most helpful. State Farm is the best deal in town , especially if you’re a senior that needs only basic car insurance. Checked all others for my particular situation and they beat every other company’s rate here in Rio Rancho, and Taos hands down! Thanks again Nicole😎👌☘️

The WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance company. As mentioned in previous reviews the communication by local staff has been horrible. Brittany never communicated properly from the start and our insurance policy was cancelled without any notice. I was driving uninsured for weeks. Save yourself issues and use the locals at Farmers that actually care about their customers.
